  • Chorley Trip by Public Transport Saturday 10 October 2026 Click for Details

    Fancy a trip to Chorley and its excellent pubs?

    We're going by public transport on Saturday 10th October, taking the 11:39 Blackpool North train from Lime Street (meet on the platform) to Euxton Balshaw Lane (next stop after Wigan North Western).

    From there, a 3 minute walk to Euxton Rail Station. The 109 bus from there takes 9 minutes into Chorley. Alternatively take a short taxi ride into Chorley.

    As per our coach trips we will be providing detailed, annotated maps to all who attend, showing the best pubs.

    It should be a great day out, hope to see you on the day.

    Our first pickup will be from the Brass Balance, Argyle Street Birkenhead at 10:30am, and then from the bus stop facing the Ship & Mitre, Dale Street Liverpool at 10:40am.

All trips are on a luxury coach with toilet.
Booking in advance is essential.
The return price is £25 per person return, effective from the trip to Stourbridge on 8th August 2026.
This increase has become necessary due to rising coach hire costs.
No deposit is required, simply pay in cash on the coach.

If you need to cancel a booking, we politely ask that you let us know as soon as possible as we often have a waiting list for seats.
For all trips, we aim to be back on Merseyside between 8:30 and 9pm.
