Refurbished and reopened in December 2021, now more like one room on two levels served from a central bar, The last old traditional inn in Parkgate on the main road on the edge of the River Dee Marshes. Dating from 1788, it is decorated throughout with beams and bric-a-brac. Panoramic views can be enjoyed towards Wales and the Dee Estuary.
